Export All pages giving Salesforce error (total pages count about 400)..

I’d reccomend splitting your pages into a number of modules and then using the “Package pages in Module” function to create static resources out of these pages.
Having the pages loaded up as static resources makes migration and deployment more straightforward as well. You can use change sets.
