The problem is that a bunch of fields that are conditionally rendered based on things like record type, aren’t displaying properly within popups. Only when toggling the Record type to -None- and back to it’s original value will display the correct fields.
It’s happening on multiple pages and isn’t limited to just popups.
I’m hoping this will fix it’s self like my previous stage issue earlier; however, I thought it best to bring it to attention just in case this is an actual issue.

+8+8Followup Behavior, going to next step will render everything correctly based on record type but it bypasses required fields like ‘Term Start Date’ that appears under ‘Close Date’
That error thrown when I go back a step and then try to go forward is for the ‘Term Start Date’ being blank
