I have a a popup open and another popup open on top of that one. After upgrading to the newest 11.2.6 when the action is “close topmost popup” it closes all popups.

Thank you for letting us know. I have a couple of questions:

Are you able to reproduce this issue on a simple test page? (preferable without any data models, only the pop ups)

If yes, could you provide the XML of that page?

Do you see this issue in a sandbox? If yes, can you update to the latest release 11.2.7 and let me know if the issue persists? A very similar issue has been fixed in 11.2.7 and I’m wondering if that solves the issue in your case, too. As a reminder, Salesforce does NOT allow reverting back to prior versions of managed packages. Skuid always recommends installing new versions in a non-business critical sandbox environment to test all mission critical functionality before installing into a production environment. We also recommend that you update out of date themes when you upgrade.
