When I hover over an object or text that will redirect me to another page when clicked, an option is displayed to open the new page in a window, without losing my place in the original window

Welcome to the Skuid Community Dhaval! Are you describing an idea you have for a product feature request? There isn’t currently a declarative way to set up a hover-driven menu, but Ctrl-clicking is a fairly easy way to redirect a user.
There are also ways to set up a URL redirect so that it will open in a blank window instead of the current window.
