I am working through a v2 upgrade and am noticing some strange behavior when going to Salesforce via web browser on a mobile device. The v2 pages simply don’t render at all. V1 pages still work just fine on the tabs they are assigned to still but no luck for the new pages. This is only happening on mobile, have tried on both chrome and safari. We are deploying our skuid pages via visualforce pages.
Hi @Ghesketh thanks for the heads up, my first thought would be to try refreshing your Design System that those v2 pages are tied to (by saving a change in the DS or clicking the button on your DS list page that says “Update All”). Let us know if that doesn’t work though!
Hmm still seeing the same thing after updating as well as making a save on the DS.
Hmm, I was able to view a V2 page via my mobile web browser (deployed via Visualforce, see screenshot) without any problems. Have you tried accessing that page on a different mobile device? Also, have you confirmed those v2 pages are loading on desktop in that environment?
Glad you said that, I tried a different device and it worked fine. So now I need to figure out what’s wrong with my phone but other than that we should be all good! Thanks Chris!
