I have a page with a number of tabs on it, they are displayed on the front end as a picklist for ease of use, but on the back end, I cannot reorder the tabs easily, they get jittery and jump around. Is this a known issue? Please see video below.

Thanks for posting this issue, I think you found a bug here. The developers are aware of it and we’ll let you know when it is fixed.
To reorder your tabs in the meantime, you can go to the xml and shift them around.
Tip: Mark a tab (from to ) and press alt + arrow up or down.
