I just upgraded to Spark and I’m trying to recreate a Case page from v1 that was built with a Tab

Set component and with Left Tab Bar Navigation. This would display the tabs vertically. The new Tab components in Spark don’t seem to have the same options. Am I overlooking something or is this functionality not available in Spark?
