It’s a Page Title Button. As to how we achieved the dropdown result, there is a Page Title button type that displays a dropdown — however, this is not supported for customers to use as of the Rockaway release - it is used only internally by pages in the Skuid module. That is to say, I’m not going to encourage you to hack this to make your own dropdown buttons, or explain how to do it, but… it’s possible to do this yourself, and not hard to do. But it’s not supported
