Currently arguments[0].button is the jQuery wrapped DOM element for the button that initiated javascript through “Run a Skuid javascript snippet.”

It would be great if .button was also included in the arguments any snippets run from the action framework for buttons that “Run multiple actions.”

Apparently .button also doesn’t get passed to wizard buttons with ‘custom’ actions! Not cool. Any way to work around this?

bump.

It’s become increasingly annoying that I can’t get .buttons from a pagetitle button that runs multiple actions.

Matt~

Sorry that this has been so frustrating for you. It has been brought before the devs for them to consider for a future release. Community, please vote this up if this affects you as well so our devs know how important it is to all of you!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention!
Karen

Thank you for your patience as we addressed this idea. This has been resolved in the Brooklyn Iteration 5 and Brooklyn Update 1-Iteration 1 releases which are now available from the Skuid Releases page.

As a reminder, Salesforce does NOT allow reverting back to prior versions of managed packages. Skuid always recommends installing new versions in a non-business critical sandbox environment to test all mission critical functionality before installing into a production environment. We also recommend that you update out of date themes when you upgrade.

Thanks!
