As the title states, all of my page includes do not display the standard “loading” text when a page include is being loaded. This results in a bad user experience as popups can be blank for a few seconds.
I am on version 10.0.1 with up to date themes.

This issue has returned for us in Lightning. A page include accessed via a Pop-up, when the page is deployed in LEX (not VF) does not showing the “Loading” message. We are in 11.1.13.
