Do page assignments take their time to work, or should I expect them to function immediately?

…means that when I click on the Referral tab, I should see the ManageReferrals page?
I’m still getting the standard salesforce layout.
Just checking. Do you have the other pieces in place? The VF page wrapper, the override of object action? If those are in place the response should be immediate. (or as soon as the assignment record is saved to the database)
