I’ve noticed on some of my live pages that I can select text and copy and paste that text into other fields of a spreadsheet, etc… and some pages I cannot. I think it is the deck component that is preventing the selection of text that is displayed on the live page.

Hi Raymond. I’ve just tried this quickly, and I was able to select, copy, and paste text for a field editor and a table, inside a deck. There might be some specific setting that changes this behavior. Are you able to reproduce this with a simple example page?
Edit: Also, may I ask which version of Skuid you’re working with? And, do you know if this behavior changed with any updates to Skuid or Salesforce?
