That’s funny.  Its a conflict between two sets of comma delimited values.  I don’t think there is a way around this. Both are comma separated lists.  

The only workaround I can think of is to adjust your export settings so that the multi-select is the last field in your export.  Then do some data data concatenation in your output sheet to pull all the values back together.
