Hello everyone, the Skuid community migration has begun. Community.Skuid.com is now read-only.
What now?
During the migration period, you will not be able to create any new topics in the Skuid Community, but all content will still be available to read. If you need help during this time, please post in the Skuid Forum on the Nintex Community or get in touch with us at community@skuid.com.
How do I access the Nintex Community?
The Nintex Community can be found at community.nintex.com.
You may begin to post questions in the Skuid Forum on the Nintex Community. You can register for an account in the Nintex Community using the same email address you use for the Skuid Community.
You must use the same email address if you’d like to get points and badges for your past activities and access to your past topics.
Nintex Community Overview
Here’s a welcome post orienting you to the Nintex Community. There’s also a comprehensive Skuid Content page with links to all our Skuid resources.
The Nintex Community has three main sections:
- Community Forums: Ask a question or start a discussion if you have knowledge to share!
- News and Guidelines: Stay up to date with all Community news, product blogs, and general information.
- Knowledge Base: Find How-Tos, Best Practices, and Technical Articles.
The Skuid sections will be accessible from the top navigation bar in a drop-down menu.
You will also have access to an extensive sitemap with links to all the pages on the site.
If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us at community@skuid.com.
Will my information be migrated?
All your posts, comments, and profile information will be migrated to the Nintex Community over the next few weeks. Once it’s migrated, you will be able to access your content from your profile page or by using search.
What about points?
Your past activity will be retrospectively assigned points based on the Nintex Community’s point allocation system. You will also receive new badges!
Will anything not be migrated?
Please note that your avatar and private messages will not be migrated, so please save anything you would like to keep as soon as possible.
What about private categories and groups?
Groups like early access testing will be re-created on the Nintex community once the existing posts have been migrated. If you have any questions or can’t find a group you were in after everything has been migrated, message us at community@skuid.com.
What about Skuid Skool?
Skuid Skool will remain accessible as usual. It will not change at this time.
See you on the flip side!
