Hi, we’ve recently refreshed our environment and a new page that was created is now no longer in the environment and I’d like to know if that can be retrieved via Skuid somehow.

Dang! If you have a full copy sandbox and do a full refresh - all the data is overwritten. That includes skuid page data. Unless you made a backup somewhere your page is really gone.
