We used to have a way to remove variations or revert to standard under the gear menu for a process.  I am not seeing it any longer (see attached) and we have several that are under review which are being consolidated to a single process.  Did this functionality change or get moved to another area?  Is there a way to do this without copying the process (which loses all history in the change log)?

Hi @mblue1,

The Revert to standard action is still there. You have to access to the Edit view from a specific variation to get the Revert to standard action as shown below.

The action only appears if the variation is different from the standard.

If you need to get the process without variation. Select the standard or any variation you want to transform as a single process and click Copy process from the menu.

Hope that helps.
