Has anyone attempted to combine a chat bot with the information contained within Promapp?
I’m interested to know if anyone has attempted to provide internal users with some Q&A functionality using a chat bot as we’re considering testing this as a concept to improve the accessibility of the content within Promapp and also provide Q&A functionality to our users.
Initially this would be based on predetermined rules but might rely on some ‘smart’ functionality to improve results based on previous performance and then potentially advanced using any AI functionality available in the 3rd party chatbot.
