Hi
Process Manager does not support rich text editing of any kind. You can however use something like a Glossary term that will highlight the word and provide the ability to add additional contextual information. Would this work as a solution to your requirement?

You can also add emoji’s such as ❌or 🔴 to highlight certain text by pressing the windows key and the semi colon on your keyboard.
