After reviewing your request, I realised you were talking specifically about Review process notifications, and not notifications in general. The notifications that are received via email generally contain information about the following changes:
As you pointed out, this does not contain anything relating to Reviews in particular, and as noted the Reviews are handled via the Dashboard notification feature:
Just to confirm a few more details about your tenant's configuration, do you know if the "Enable explicit process reviews" setting has been changed perhaps? If this has been set to Off, each published update may be resetting the review date:
Lastly (and once again just to confirm your configuration), with regards to the processes in question, are you a Process Owner or Expert on the processes requiring review?

Yes, in our business Process Review notifications are included in the weekly Dashboard Notifications email which is sent to the process Owner & Expert, see attached example.

I guess this means that there isn't a specific email relating only to process reviews and that the notification is bundled with other notifications in the routine notification email.

Hi Eddie,
As you have seen from above, there are no separate email notifications for the Process Reviews. A notification is generated to the Owner/Expert 'My Reviews' dashboard and then these are included with the regular Process notifications email.
In the Help centre under the Email and Dashboard notifications topic is the following, which indicates the only notifications for which emails are sent:
Email notifications
Email notifications are auto-triggered from Nintex Promapp for the following major events:
A new user is created
User password is reset
Process feedback is posted
Administration requests received (Promaster only)
