When checking our Process Dashboard for new processes , following the selection of seen it to cleanse the listing , we have noticed further processes appearing as newly published but showing as at least a month old in age . Just wondered if this is normal behaviour or do we have a possible technical issue?

Based on your statement, if you are looking at the My Changes screen, it loads 20 items. If you click “Mark all as seen” it will remove those 20 and the load in the next 20.
If you look at the bottom in left corner you can find the total number to work through on your Dashboard, and a “Show more” bar to load additional.
