Hi there, I’m wanting to understand the declining of a process for publishing feature.

I’d like to know who gets the notification of the decline  - via email and also Dashboard

Is it:

  1. the person that edited the process
  2. the owner AND expert 
  3. All of the above?

That was a great question. I did some digging and found this (below):

This is an extract from the help section. Here is the specific link: Approve and Publish process changes (nintex.com)

From my understanding, the ‘who’ receives the notification of the approval or decline would depend on the way you configure your Promapp. I believe the PO and PE are the default ones but other process approvers would be notified too if you have configured it this way. Again, the above is just my understanding but happy to be corrected.
