Creating email templates in Promapp

Hi Team,

Hopefully this makes sense!

I have a process which requires the person following the process to complete an order form.

I wondered if it was possible to link an pre-populated email with a table inside to the step in the process so that the user can just click on the link and it opens an outlook email already addresses to the IT team with the order form inside the body of the email?

They would then simply fill in the desir

Hey @jasonh - Yes, you can do this. Create the template email in Outlook and save the email as an "Outlook Item" (.msg file) to your computer. Upload that file to Promapp and then attach it at the task level where needed.
