Ability to scroll in pop-up boxes

When opening a pop-up box (i.e to view Activity, Trigger or Output)  there is no ability to scroll in the pop-up box .    Only via the mouse wheel,  widening the width on the box,  or using the keyboard arrow keys.     Is there a way to be able to actually manipulate the scroll bar with the mouse to drag up and down.
