Hello, i have a problem, i want to calculate a date by doing the sum of two field, one is a field  normal =date  and one is a lookup field= frequency. The action should start when the user enter the date and calculate the sum of those two values, then store it in a workflow variable and set the value stored into a field. this is my workflow

then it doesnt work. Did someone have an idea about how i am supposed to do?
