I have two dropdowns "Department" and "Employees", Department dropdown cascades Employees dropdown. I need to select all employees from all the departments on option "All". Note: There is no department 'All', it has to select all employees. Currently using $().SPServices.SPCascadeDropdowns from http://spcd.codeplex.com/ I have tried CAMQuery but could not achieve.

+14I'm not versed in the world of what's going on in SharePoint 2010 any more. This seems trivial using just out-of-the-box Lookup Dropdowns and an on-click event targeting a Checkbox Control (for the Select All part).
Would you be opposed to using that approach? If not, I can make an example using these methods.
