Hi,

We have a custom Email Configuration List for use in our Workflow notifications.

We created a UDA titled 'Build Email' to replace the placeholders in the email template with actual values.

This works as expected.

However; the Email content is a Multi-line rich text column in our Configuration list.

The output parameter from UDA only returns back plain text. So our email isn't formatted as we need it to be.

Eg:

 a) Expected formatting

    b) Actual formatting

Please guide us to overcome this issue.
