Nintex workflow | Community

Can we create a workflow which exports excel from list quarterly and send that excel to a particular email I'd?

If yes can anyone help me on how to achieve this by providing steps?

I am using sharepoint on premise

There is no such action to export a list items to excel in Nintex.
