Hi, I'm trying to setup a workflow with lazy approval(have it enabled in workflow settings) but replying to the prompt doesn't do anything other then sending me a bounce back O365 message about 24 hours later. This is odd because I have this set up in another library and it works fine. Site features are the same but under Library Settings>Communication the site that does work has "Incoming e-mail settings" as an option and the other one doesn't. Everything I've googled has sent me to the instructions on how to enable incoming email to the whole SharePoint farm but not a specific library, would anyone have any idea as to why this is happening? Thanks in advance.

This is a really weird one. I've never seen that before. Usually, it either works or it doesn't. Strange that it would work for some libraries.
Have you checked to see in the bounce back email, where it's coming from? Is something maybe intercepting it? LazyApproval should be the same From/Reply email address, regardless of which library you send the task email from.
