Hi,
Some users LazyApproval response is not being recorded in some cases.
If 10 requests being assigned to a user, 2 out of them is not recording LazyApproval response.
I checked the user's inbox and the response is sent from his mailbox.
When i check the workflow history, the task isn't going anywhere after the reply.
Anyone facing this type of issue.
