I have created a form that once submitted I would like it to populate a response form and send this to an appropriate person to fill out, does anyone know if this is possible?

Hi @Cerys It sounds like you might want a workflow to start when an item is submitted, and then the workflow would assign a task to someone (i.e. the response form to the appropriate person). There are a few different task actions available, but 'Assign Flexi Task' is the most commonly used task action. The documentation below links to each type:

Is it possible to get one form to populate part of a separate form on submission? So that the second form can have additional input boxes for a response, if it is possible to do this I am not sure how
