I had to build a workaround for our solution, where I export data to a .csv file.

Everything is working find, except of the special letters, like German or Chinese. 

I extract the file very easy with the "send notification" option, I tried to use UTP-8 mime type, but the result is still the same (I got only signs, instead of letters).

What is correct settings here?
