Hi, I have a stored proc to grab some headings to populate a dropdown box. When I run the query within Nintex (using the Run Now button), the expected results are returned. However, when I preview or publish the form, the drop down box remains empty.
It is probably something simple, so I have attached a screenshot of my settings.

It's been a while since I've played with that action, but at the very bottom, the Value and Display fields, I thought you have to type in the name of the fields you are getting back from the Stored Procedure call.
It looks like you have inserted something in there. If the stored proc returns a field called 628, try just typing that in there and see if that works.
