Good morning all,

I am currently trying to figure out how to make this happen. I have created a workflow but the problem is that it sends an email out every 1-4 hours. I want an email daily that tells the customer to update their item if they have not completed it yet. Once the item is completed it should stop sending emails. That is what the workflow looks like. thanks for your time and patience.
