Can you auto populate a single line text field based on choice in list lookup on a responsive form?

I have a responsive form that will be used by the public to report environmental issues such as dumping, fumes/vapors, etc.  They will choose the incident type from a dropdown list.  I would like to have the fields for the activity type, division and complaint coordinator that it needs to route to. Is this possible in a responsive form?  I will be using the fields to set up a workflow for the complaint coordinator to get incidents they are responsible for.
