As a Site Collection Administrator I work with multiple site collections in the same farm, but don't have access to farm. I've created UDAs that I'd like to use in multiple, but not all site collections in the farm. What's the best practice?

The structure of UDAs is that they can be published at the Site>Site Collection>Farm Level.
If you wanted to reuse the UDA on multiple Site Collections, then they would need to published at the Farm Level.
