What si Response status code was unacceptable: 404 and 500???

I have a nintex mobile app version 4.7.5 in IPAD, but when try open a specific form, the app show me an error "Se ha producido un error en el servidor, Response status code was unacceptable: 404 and 500".

 

List LookUp control in the form is allowed in this version of nintex mobile app???

    Yes, it is allowed. Here you have a list of allowed controls >>>  

    So as to "debug" your form try to publish a first version with few simple controls then go on adding more controls and publishing to identify the problematic control.
