What happens to the Nintex forms after Nintex subscription expires?

I understand what happens to the workflows when the Nintex license expires. I also understand that forms cannot be edited and published.

However, can a form still be opened from the SharePoint list to view the original input data and any documents that were updated to the form?

From an auditor standpoint, we still need access to look at a form and its original data.
