Trying to create a document set

I am trying to create a document set using the Create List Item or Document Set option and I receive an error message:

The value for Field 'Content Type' with Type 'ContentTypeId' must be specified.

I tried setting it directly:

via a variable:

via lookup:

and using site content type id (not list):

I publish the workflow every time. I log the Content Type ID before this step and it's always correct. The error message does not change.

I had the same problem, and the solution was on the Nintex Help. : Two fields are required to create a document set: Content Type and Name
