I am getting this error with nintex workflow "RequestorId: 828b27f0-90c8-caac-0000-000000000000. Details: The value provided for the Switch did not resolve to a valid value." and workflow goes into the suspended stage.

Sometime workflow gets executed properly but sometime gets suspended.

Why this error gets occurred?

Can anyone help me out of this?

Are you using a switch action in your workflow without an 'Other' branch? If the value / variable the switch action is evaluating against does not align exactly with one of the options, and there is no other branch, then it will typically kick out this type of error.
