We have recreated an old form and workflow in a different page. We are keeping the old for a while to ensure that all previous tasks are completed.

We are worried that end users will continue to try to access the old form though a link that was sent out in emails from a long time ago. Is there a way to automatically redirect a user to new URL when they try to access the old one from their email?

Hi there,

is the old form a Responsive form? I don't think you're going to be able to re-direct on landing there, but, only on Submit / Save.

So ... this might be a caveman-level version of re-directing them?

NEW is a link.

You could change the permissions on the old list so people cannot add items to it. Items with the workflow currently running can complete, but nothing new can be added.

Thanks, I ended up doing this, and also disabled the fields in new mode.
