Hello everybody,

I have a single text box where the phone number is written. There should also be a "+" in front of the number. With my rule in the text box, I only get that there are 2 + (see screenshot). How is that possible? Only with the userprofilelookup "workphone" I get the number without a plus.8400iA13291182E17392B.jpg

@CPTawesome I was able to replicate the behavior, if you use the formula in a calculated value control with the string data type it should display correctly. Alternatively you could log a support case(support@nintex.com) and have them investigate further.

@CPTawesome Can you confirm what the toupper and substring function are meant to be doing in this formula?  Does it work as expected if you remove the toupper and substring functions?

Good question, i tried it:

The command userProfileLookup (Antragfür, "WorkPhone") has the result: 49309799344656

It is in the system (in azure) with +49309799344656.

Thank you very much - I had a ticket opened. You want the form for analysis.
