Hi Everyone,

 

I've got a Start a Task Process in Workflow that was working great and sending out email.   I made some changes and all of a sudden, the emails are not sent, but the task is assigned properly when I look at Workflow History.   How do I debug what's wrong, short of deleting the task action and recreating a new one?

Hi Simon, I had made changes to the email body. I removed it entirely and it worked. Although it makes me weary as there's no way to check the email body is proper unless an email doesn't get received. Is there anyway to test this?
Yes, exactly, if an email message is not formatted properly, it is not sent.
What you can do is look at the generated HTML to see if anything is strange. Worst case scenario, remove the nintex tokens from the HTML and re-add them.
