I wanted to keep track of the time and date of user access of a nintex form. Since there is multiple user needs to access & review it and put their initials on the form. how can I do that ?

+1Its like multiple people with enter the initials/name after reviewing the form, so I need to show the date and time of their review time. So do you think its possible with multiline text control config ? I am confuse since I am very new into Nintex.
