Is there a way to generate a PDF version of a Nintex form that can then be attached to an email in the workflow? 

I would like to collect an email address on my form and then via the workflow send a PDF copy of that form to the email address.

On the form in view mode there is a lovely Print button which generates a PDF copy of the form but I do not see how to do that in the workflow.

So far I have only seen posts about having to rebuild the form in a word template and generate a PDF.

You are a good way, you need to generate a document with the action "Document Generation" (and re-build the forms in a template word / Excel). This is the only way to automate this.



 



From a workflow, you can't use the "Print to pdf" of a forms.
