I Have a request to create an approval workflow from a subfolder in a document Library.
Is this possible? From what I am seeing the workflow would run on all the folders in the Library. Is there a way to do this, so the workflow would only run on items added to the subfolder?
I'm pretty sure you can't until they add in the workflow conditional start to O365. It's currently on On prem nintex but waiting to but a feature for O365 I believe. But once it's in place, you can add a condition to only the items in that folder and it will only run based on that.
