I'm looking to create a whistle blower form in which internal users can choose whether they would like their personal details passed along or not. The basic workflow would be to submit the form -> email gets sent to legal team.

 

It is very important that when a user chooses to remain anonymous that no one be able to easily investigate and find the user's details. Using SharePoint Online means we don't have ready access to the logs, and I'm satisfied with that as it would be somewhat difficult to line up user with correlation IDs and workflow instances.

 

Does anyone have any thoughts as how I would approach this? Is there anyway I can submit the form as SharePoint Administrator on behalf of the user?

There is no way to do this in Nintex Online. According to support team the only way to accomplish this would be with Nintex Workflow Cloud.
