How to hide/show a field based on multiple selections

Hello,

I am trying to make a filed/control appear based on two inputs.

See the screenshot here:

Here is what I am looking for:

If the user selects "Stationary" and "North America", the RSE control should appear.

I have written formatting rules based on one input but cannot figure out how to make the control appear based on two inputs.

Can someone assist with this?

I am using Nintex Workflow for Office 365 with the newest version of Nintex forms.
