We are currenty using SharePoint 2016 on-prem, Nintex 2016 and Office 365 (emails). We developed an employee availabilty calendar. Users complete a Nintex form to request a day off, a Nintex workflow kicks off and emails the user's manager for approval and adds the employees name, absence type to the availability calendar. Management would like this workflow to also add this information to the employee's work email (O365). I tried using the Create Notification action to create an ics file but it did not work. Can this action be used with Office 365? If not, does anyone have a workflow that creates a ics file to be used with an O365 calendar? Any help would be creatly appreciated!
