How to connect nintex 365 form to amazon AWS

I was trying to connect my form to a table in Amazon AWS, however, I tried all the credentials given to me, my workflow is still failing when trying to connect to the table.

 

Thank you.

 

Data Source=public Ip address of aws sql server;Initial Catalog=xxxxx; User=XXnintex_user;Password=xxxxx;

 

The error message I am getting is the following:

 

Login failed for user "xxnintex_user".

    @lily which workflow action are you using for this. I would assume the call web service or web request action would suffice. 

     

    Have you attempted making the call via Postman first to ensure you have your authentication setup correctly?
