How do I set an O365 list form to be Display, New, Edit

I have created a form in Reponsive Design mode for an O365 doc lib. The form works fine in edit mode but I do not see where I can make it also be the form for DIsplay and New modes. Can anyone assist?

    Hi,

    when you publish it, the form become the default also for New and Display(in this case all the controls are disabled)..if you try to create a new item in the list, isn't the custom form showing?

    No it is not. I have to go to forms, pretties, edit.
